Coronavirus Policy

While the risk of travel restrictions remains, it's important to us that you can book with confidence.
If your booking cannot go ahead because of nationwide travel restrictions or local lockdown restrictions imposed on the site, Sandend Holidays will fully refund any paid deposit and allow flexible rebooking.

This clause explains when you, or we, may cancel or agree to postpone your holiday due to Government restrictions. We prefer that you rebook but will always allow you to cancel where the law gives you the right to do so. Where refunds are mentioned this refers to the choice of rebooking for another date or deposit refund.  This clause is only applicable if there is relevant COVID-19 guidance or law in place at the time of your holiday.  In any other circumstances the normal cancellation policy applies.  We reserve the right to ask for proof of COVID related cancellation if it is made for an individual reason including but not limited to a positive test result or being told to self-isolate.

The rights in this clause are additional to any other rights either of us may have in our terms and conditions.

We promise to keep all our customers safe. We ask you not to book if the law prevents you visiting or staying with us, or if Government guidance means that you should not visit or stay with us even if the law still allows you to. Our promise also means that there are limited circumstances in which we may need to cancel your holiday.

Either of us has the right to cancel your holiday, or any full unused days, if the law prevents you from visiting or staying with us. If your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking in full less any costs we have already incurred on your holiday which we cannot recover elsewhere. If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel.

In order to reduce the risk of Coronavirus, Sandend Holidays will provide hand sanitiser stations at the entrance for guests to use before entering.
All guests will be required to provide details of name, contact number and email for track and trace purposes.
All guests are expected to abide by social distancing rules.

Should the toilet block be open for use, we encourage touring guests with onboard WC and shower facilities to use their own to reduce the demand on our shared WC and Shower Facilities and furthermore to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus.

Please be aware that not all facilities may be available due to restrictions placed upon us by law and in managing the impact of Coronavirus.

Where it is safe to do so, the WC and Shower Facilities will open as a priority.

The Reception and Shop will operate as permitted, however strict social distancing rules will be observed, in line with government guidance.
